My work is a blend of myofascial release, deep tissue, relaxation and craniosacral. I combine slow, broad movements and focus work. Whatever is needed during time of treatment to assist you to fully unwind, find relief and achieve next level thriving! *My rates include tips and in service add ons such as cupping*
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours to notify us of any cancellation or change to your appointment. Late cancellations will be charged a 50% cost of appointment fee. No call/No shows are expected to pay 100% of the missed appointment before you rebook. We realize emergencies and illness are not predictable and will of course accommodate on a case by case basis.
