THERAPEUTIC BODYWORK WITH MARESSA
Maressa’s work is a blend of myofascial massage therapy and craniosacral work, grounded in a somatic and nervous system–informed approach. She works slowly and with precision to support tissue mobility, nervous system regulation and adaptability, and more efficient movement patterns—often helping to reduce chronic tension and pain while increasing your capacity to move through stress with greater ease.
Her sessions are guided by an understanding of the relationship between fascia, the nervous system, and whole-body patterning. With training in somatic movement, pelvic floor and core rehabilitation, and hands-on therapeutic work, she creates a coherent space where your system can shift and integrate without force.
Sessions are tailored to your needs and may include movement assessment, guided somatic exploration, sound or voice work, and recommendations for supportive at-home care.
Additional offerings include prenatal care, cupping, abdominal and intra-oral work, and intuitive guidance when appropriate.
Cupping, enhanced somatic support, and PEMF therapy can be selected as add-ons during booking.

Camille's work is a blend of relaxation and deep tissue. She is informed by her background in craniosacral therapy and myofascial release and is considered an 'upper body expert'. She has over 10 years experience as a massage therapist and has a welcoming, clear energy that helps you feel settled and grounded as soon as you enter a session with her.
Camille also offers cupping & prenatal massage

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
A gentle and relaxing touch that elicits a deep myofascial release specifically of the membrane that lines the cranium and contains the cerebrospinal fluid/spinal cord all the way to the tail bone.
Helpful for TMJ issues, muscle/joint tension, structural issues, mental/emotional expansion & release, headache/migraine relief, neck pain, low back pain, stress reduction, nervous system regulation.
Great for adults and children!

2 Hr "DEEP DIVE" HYBRID SESSION
This session begins with a tarot/intuitive reading where there is space to truly open, commune with deeper guidance on mental/emotional/spiritual levels before diving in to a 60-75 minute massage/energy work hybrid session where all that was brought up in the reading gets addressed on a physical level - fully helping to re-balance and align you to the next steps needed towards your thriving life!
Includes practical tools and guidance you can use on your own to help you move forward.

Reiki
Reiki is an energy work modality that originates from Japan. It works with the energy centers of the body - called the chakras - to rebalance, release, unwind and recalibrate your energy towards greater balance and harmony.
Gentle, subtle, incredibly relaxing.

No call/no shows and last minute cancellations are expected to pay 50% of missed appointment cost.
