Therapeutic Bodywork with Maressa
Bodywork is more than relieving tight muscles or chasing symptoms. It is an opportunity to feel and understand how your body is organizing as a whole.
Maressa blends myofascial release, massage therapy, and craniosacral therapy within a somatic, neuro-fascial informed approach. Rather than focusing solely on where discomfort is felt, she considers the relationships between fascia, movement, breathing, posture, and the nervous system to uncover patterns that may be contributing to pain, tension, or inefficient movement.
Her work is intentionally slow, precise, and responsive. Every session follows your body's cues, creating the conditions for meaningful change to emerge without force. By improving tissue mobility, supporting nervous system capacity and adaptability, and restoring more efficient movement patterns, clients often experience lasting relief, greater ease, and a deeper sense of connection within their bodies.
Drawing on over 16 years of clinical experience, along with advanced training in somatic movement, pelvic floor and core rehabilitation, corrective exercise, and hands-on therapeutic care, Maressa integrates multiple perspectives into every session.
This whole-person approach is especially valuable for those living with persistent pain, recurring tension, hyper-mobility, injury recovery, stress-related symptoms, or complex movement patterns that haven't fully responded to traditional treatment.
No two sessions are the same, but each session builds upon the last. Treatment is tailored to your individual needs and may include cupping, abdominal and pelvic work, scar mobilization, intra-oral work, guided somatic exploration, sound or voice work, and recommendations for supportive care between sessions.
PEMF therapy and cupping are also available as optional add-ons during booking.

EXPANDED SERVICES:
2 Hr "DEEP DIVE" HYBRID SESSION
This session begins with a tarot/intuitive reading where there is space to truly open, commune with deeper guidance on mental/emotional/spiritual levels before diving in to a 60-75 minute massage/energy work hybrid session where all that was brought up in the reading gets addressed on a physical level - fully helping to re-balance and align you to the next steps needed towards your thriving life!
Includes practical tools and guidance you can use on your own to help you move forward.

Please give at least 24 hour notice of cancellation or reschedule.
Last minute cancellations are expected to pay 50% of appointment cost.
No call/no shows are expected to pay 100% of missed appointment cost.
