Maressa's work is a combination of myofascial massage therapy, craniosacral and intuitive energy work. She works slow and with precision to help you build self awareness, unwind bound areas of tension so you feel your innate wholeness and more centered at the end of each session.
With her expertise in somatic work, frequency healing, body literacy education, pelvic floor & core rehab, pattern recognition and energy medicine, she is able to create a coherent space for healing and offer deep levels of support.
She also offers prenatal, cupping, intuitive readings, abdominal and intra-oral work as requested.
Depending on your goals and what you need, a session may include voice work, sound healing tools, movement assessments and recommendations for at home care.
Cupping, extra somatic support & PEMF therapy can be selected as an add-on when booking.

Camille's work is a blend of relaxation and deep tissue. She is informed by her background in craniosacral therapy and myofascial release and is considered an 'upper body expert'. She has over 10 years experience as a massage therapist and has a welcoming, clear energy that helps you feel settled and grounded as soon as you enter a session with her.
Camille also offers cupping & prenatal massage

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
A gentle and relaxing touch that elicits a deep myofascial release specifically of the membrane that lines the cranium and contains the cerebrospinal fluid/spinal cord all the way to the tail bone.
Helpful for TMJ issues, muscle/joint tension, structural issues, mental/emotional expansion & release, headache/migraine relief, neck pain, low back pain, stress reduction, nervous system regulation.
Great for adults and children!

This session begins with a tarot/intuitive reading where there is space to truly open, commune with deeper guidance on mental/emotional/spiritual levels before diving in to a 60-75 minute massage/energy work hybrid session where all that was brought up in the reading gets addressed on a physical level - fully helping to re-balance and align you to the next steps needed towards your thriving life!
Includes practical tools and guidance you can use on your own to help you move forward.

Reiki
Reiki is an energy work modality that originates from Japan. It works with the energy centers of the body - called the chakras - to rebalance, release, unwind and recalibrate your energy towards greater balance and harmony.
