1:1 Pelvic/Core Alignment Assessments

Your pelvic floor, core and breath are designed to work together as a coherent unit, responding to pressure change and load demand as needed. When these aspects aren't able to work dynamically due to limitations in mobility, postural/alignment patterns and body changes, the body will compensate and dysfunction may arise or become more pronounced.
Together we can work from where you are at to create lasting shifts, equip you with body literacy, awareness and a toolkit to help you move forward and achieve your goals!
1:1 sessions are designed to help you build a foundation of strength that begins with a reflexive core and pelvic floor. They are educational, experiential, and individualized to your goals. The method and exercises we do together will help reorganize compensation patterns and help reduce symptoms of dysfunction in the core and PF over time. Clients have found relief from:
-uterine/bladder/rectocele prolapse
-incontinence
-UTI like symptoms

What do we do in a 1:1 Alignment Assessment Session?
Depending on your needs and goals, in a 1:1 session we will:
-Assess Alignment, posture & gait
-Look at breathing patterns & Core engagement
-Determine limitations in range of motion
-Learn how to truly 'engage' your core in a pelvic floor safe way
-Explore movement
-Build self awareness and presence
After your session, you will receive a video or write up with your homework exercises to keep the ball rolling between sessions - consistency is key!
Follow up sessions build upon the initial; we will go over what you discover, dive deeper into re-patterning and build upon the exercises as you get stronger!
Sessions can be in person or remote via ZOOM
When you schedule, you will see the options for remote/in person sessions. If scheduling a remote session, please know you will need to send me pics/gait vid before your appointment so we can make the most of our time. Please schedule with this need in mind.

1:1 Somatic Support Sessions

Sessions can be held online or in person!
50 Minutes - $100
This 1:1 Somatic Support Session is designed for sensitive, overwhelmed or depleted nervous systems including those navigating auto-immune conditions, anxiety, chronic stress, or periods of heightened reactivity.
This work is light on analysis and excess cognition of experience and is heavy on support. The intention isn't to change or 'fix' anything but to practice being present with yourself as your body softens, settles and feels held.
While sensations or emotions may arise in this session, we will simply stay with them as they move and are felt. We will not be processing, analyzing, interpreting, or verbally walking through personal narratives.
This session is a good fit for you if you:
+ Feel sensitive, overwhelmed, hyper-vigilant, depleted or easily dysregulated
+ Live with an autoimmune condition, chronic stress or chronic pain
+ Find you are high in self awareness but low in self presence.
+ Want gentle, supported guided movement vs. assessment, correction and instruction
+ Want support without needing to explain, process or over analyze your experience
This work is especially supportive for when you feel 'on edge', burnt out, in over drive, in a flare up or in transition.
