You might understand yourself and what’s going on in your life really well on a mental level and still feel like something isn’t landing. You can name the patterns, you’ve done a lot of self-reflection, and yet it doesn’t seem to translate into lived experience. It’s like there’s one foot on the gas and one foot on the brakes at the same time
There can be a real difference between understanding something intellectually and actually feeling it shift. That shift doesn't tend to come from more thinking. It occurs on a body level.
Inhabit is a one day retreat built around this idea of coming home to your body, not as a concept, but as a felt sense.
This isn't about forcing anything, just an invitation to allow your body to come back into the process so that what you understand mentally has somewhere to land physically.
During this half day retreat we will:
-Discuss and explore journal prompts
-Experience a somatic movement class based on rhythm and pace to help your mind and body synchronize
-Enjoy lunch
-Be guided and supported through a Rebirth breath work session with debriefs before and after
-Enjoy community connection and support from two seasoned practitioners.

Floor & Core Masterclass
Your core, breath and pelvic floor are all meant to work together as a cohesive unit. Pelvic floor and core discomfort and dysfunction is often exacerbated when these parts act out of synch.
In this workshop style movement class, we will:
+ Explore the connection between your breath, core & pelvic floor.
+ Practice functional movements that are pelvic floor friendly & prioritize pelvic stability.
+ Explore somatic exercises that help you drop in and be with what's happening in your body.
+ Support the nervous system with slowness, breath and intention.
