Somatic Self Presence:

A Guided Nervous System Support Session Through Movement & Breath

This gentle session is designed to support overwhelmed or unsettled nervous systems and to help you cultivate a deeper sense of safety and self-presence in your body. Through slow, rhythmic movement, breath, simple grounding practices, and proprioceptive orientation we will allow the body to discharge excess tension and settle into a more coherent, balanced state.

This is a quiet, guided experience with no sharing required. You are invited to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and rest when needed. The session will open with brief introduction and close with gentle integration and some free space to honor your pace, share if you'd like, and exit on your own terms.

Ideal for those seeking containment and nervous system nourishment without over analyzing, tracking or intense group emotional processing or group discussion.

CranioSacral For The People

This class is a community care class designed to help bridge the gap between professional and personal/family care.

Whether you are a parent, caregiver, nurse, doula, bodyworker, somatic therapist, or just interested for yourself - this class is for you! It is the perfect introduction and you'll leave with practical hands on tools.

Craniosacral was always meant to be for everyone to do to help themselves and loved ones - including kids!

It is a gentle, hands on technique that directly works with the fascia that surrounds the brain and spinal cord for deep nervous system and fascial unwinding.

In this class you will learn and experience:

-What the CranialSacral system is and why working with it is so helpful

-How to tune into your own "rhythm" and some somatic practices to work with yourself

-How to give a simple hands on session to a loved one that includes moves anyone can administer.

You might understand yourself and what’s going on in your life really well on a mental level and still feel like something isn’t landing. You can name the patterns, you’ve done a lot of self-reflection, and yet it doesn’t seem to translate into lived experience. It’s like there’s one foot on the gas and one foot on the brakes at the same time

There can be a real difference between understanding something intellectually and actually feeling it shift. That shift doesn't tend to come from more thinking. It occurs on a body level.

Inhabit is a one day retreat built around this idea of coming home to your body, not as a concept, but as a felt sense.

This isn't about forcing anything, just an invitation to allow your body to come back into the process so that what you understand mentally has somewhere to land physically.
