Work with Maressa
Maressa Fonger McKee LMT, RYC Pro

Maressa helps clients better understand their bodies and build lasting change through a blend of movement, bodywork, and somatic education.
She specializes in pelvic floor and core health, nervous system resilience, chronic pain, hypermobility, and helping clients uncover the patterns that may be contributing to their symptoms.
Her approach is individualized, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that healing begins with awareness, education, and a deeper relationship with the body. Whether working in-person or virtually, Maressa combines movement, bodywork, nervous system support, and practical tools to help clients move with greater ease, confidence, and self-trust.

My Training & Background
My path into this work began through my own experiences with the body and a deep curiosity about how healing happens. Over the years, that curiosity has led me to study a wide range of therapeutic approaches while continually asking a simple question: Why?
Today, my work is rooted in helping clients better understand the patterns beneath their symptoms and develop a more trusting, informed relationship with their bodies. I draw from movement, bodywork, nervous system education, energy work, pelvic floor rehabilitation, craniosacral therapy, and somatic practices to support lasting change and greater self-agency.
My professional background includes massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, pelvic floor and core rehabilitation, herbalism, reiki, curriculum development, and over 15 years of teaching and client care. I am a Restore Your Core Certified Teacher, OnlineCE curriculum creator, former curriculum creator and instructor for the River Valley Community College Massage Therapy Program, and former co-owner of the late Brattleboro Holistic Health Center.
Whether I'm working one-on-one, teaching a class, writing educational content, or developing new programs, my goal remains the same: to help people build body literacy, confidence, and practical tools for navigating their health and well-being.
