This Floor & Core Masterclass is designed to help you rehab and retrain your core and pelvic floor to engage reflexively by addressing tension, alignment patterns and breath through movement and body awareness. It is inspired by the Restore Your Core method. This class is being held at Myotech Combined Therapies in Dedham, MA

Refunds will only be given 48 hours prior to first class. If there is an emergency that causes you to not be able to attend class, I will assess on a case by case basis. Wear comfortable, workout style clothing. Intake/Consent form is required before coming to the first class. Please inform your instructor if you have any concerns or conditions that require consideration.
